The Role

You'll support the day-to-day operation of a high-end residential building, leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a front-of-house team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Driving high standards across the building
  • Supporting events and resident engagement
  • Handling customer queries and operational issues
  • Supporting compliance, H&S and daily operations

About You

You may currently be working as a:

  • Retail Assistant Manager
  • Deputy Store Manager
  • Store Manager
  • Assistant Hotel or Restaurant Manager

You'll be energetic, hands-on, customer-focused and confident leading teams in busy environments.
